On January 5, 2011, Manhattan Regional Center, LLC received formal USCIS government approval to assist interested investors in obtaining an EB-5 visa.

The Manhattan Regional Center has partnered with 34-10 Development, LLC to fund New York City’s next Marriott Hotel Project in the heart of Manhattan. Located on the corner of 34th Street and 10th Avenue, the Project shall provide the services and amenities offered under Courtyard by Marriott. The new 181.1M hotel will provide 385 rooms within a state of the art 205,000 square foot facility.

The Manhattan Regional Regional Center (MRC) is approved as a designated EB-5 regional center by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
